There are three kinds of home elevator owners. There are those home owners who have a need for easier access now, those who are considering future needs and those who see the value and convenience of a home elevator regardless of mobility issues. Steps are great for exercise but not very convenient when you have a trunk full of groceries and the garage and kitchen are on different levels, or when you need to move bulky items from floor to floor.
