Overview of possible dispensing
applications for different industries

Nowadays dispensing of fluids has wide
ranging applications. In addition to standard
operations in the electronics industries, such as
dispensing of Adhesives, Solder Creams, Protection,
Encapsulation, Dam/fill applications etc, a dispensing
system is also required in many other industries. A
dispensing system can be used for sealing, part
covering, quantifiable delivering of fluids or
filling applications.

The new CDS6250 dispensing machine comes
equipped with a NanoJet Valve. It dispenses adhesives,
filled adhesives, pastes, lubricants, paints, lacquers, and
much more - all contactless. The machine serves up to
540,000 points per hour; the smallest volume for
reproducible dispensing is 2 nl.

The inclusion of a conveyor system on the
CDS6900 and CDS6700 dispenser automat allows the machine to
be linked to a pre and/or post dispensing process.

The CDS6900 dispensing system is based on
over 200 proven installations of the base machine worldwide.
Because of the flexibility of the software and modular
construction of the mechanics, the different dispensing
heads can be adapted to cover any application required.

The CDS6700 Dispenser is based on the
renowned CSM7100 machine platform. With its software
flexibility and modular mechanical construction, different
dispensing heads can be adapted, covering all applications.

Dispenser systems have been
integrated in nearly all of the 200 worldwide installations
of the FLX2010 Pick and Place machine. On a single machine
the dispensing tasks can therefore be directly performed
avoiding the necessity to buy a dedicated dispensing
machine. Both dispensing systems can be retrofitted on an
already installed machine.

the FLX2010 Pick and Place machine. On a single machine the
