Screen
printing and photo Image printing processes
are used at Micropak. Screen printing is
used for etch resist, solder resist and
legend printing. Both thermal and UV inks
are used. |

Photo-printing is a
more accurate method to transfer a pattern
on to board surface. This process is carried
out in clean room enviroment for hoto-imaginable
solder mask on PTH boards. |
