Latest CAD and Gerber editing
tools are used which convert PCB layouts into secure
databases and panelize patterns for generation of photo-tools.
The system can also generate drilling data sheets and

Drilling & Routing |
Highly
sophisticated automatic CNC machines (Mape CNC 100R, Pluritec
Gemina CNC 35, Pluritec Combinata 4400 and Mape CNC 2000L)

Photo Tools |
Photo-tools are generated
directly on film with an in-house laser plotter coupled
to an automatic film processor. Dry film lamination
and exposing is done under the strictly controlled environment
of our yellow room. more>> |

Solder Mask |
At Micropak, only liquid photo imageable solder mask
(LPISM ) is used. The result is a tough highly resolved
solder resist covering the boards. The LPISM used
is of a type that is suitable for ENIG and IAg finished
as well as HAL. more>>

Etching |
Etching is one of the most important steps. The final
copper pattern is formed by selective removal of all
the unwanted copper, which is not protected by an
etch resist. Strict process control is exercised to
prevent under and over etching. more

Test |
All PCBs leaving Micropak
have to pass a precise electrical test.
For low volume jobs, a fixtureless flying probe tester
is used. more >>
